I grew up in North Judson, Indiana, a small town in Starke County. This quaint community was perfect for my parents, Moses and Velva to raise my sister Stefanie and I. Commonly know as"Home of the Blue Jays," I attended North Judson-San Pierre High School and graduated in 1997. In 2000, I enrolled in the Indiana Barber/Stylist College in Indianapolis,In. After earning my certificate in 2001, I was employed at Tom's Barber Shop in Greenwood, In. In 2002, I took advantage of the opportunity to open my own barber shop in Winamac, Indiana, a town within close proximity to North Judson. Being close to home, I became reacquainted with Harold "Curly" Holbrook, a barber in my hometown, who had cut my hair growing up. With Curly nearing retirement and upon is inquisition to assume ownership of his business, I decided to establish my second barber shop in downtown North Judson, in Februrary, 2006.
